Michael Perry was awarded $63.4 million by a South Carolina jury in a lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson. Perry was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2023, claiming daily use of J&J’s talc-based baby powder caused his mesothelioma. A co-defendant, American International Industries, was also found negligent and liable.
