A Pennsylvania man, Carlos Martinez, was left paralyzed after a rollover accident in his Acura Integra. A tire blow out caused him to lose control, and the faulty seatbelt design caused his head to hit the roof, leading to paralysis. Attorney argued for personal injury, faulty seatbelt design, pain and suffering, future medical expenses, loss of consortium, and loss of earnings.
