Kevin Golden settled a case on behalf of a 20 year old man against Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. The man suffered a brain injury while being treated for brain cancer at the hospital. While in admittance for chemotherapy, the plaintiff’s sodium levels shot up resulting in a grand mal seizure that put him into a coma for approximately 10 days. The plaintiff suffered a severe brain injury and is currently confined to a wheel chair along with being diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder, behavioral dis-control, seizure disorder, cognitive disorder and impulsive control disorder. The plaintiff remains in the care of his parents with his cancer in remission.
