Case Details
The defendant driver, while on drugs, crossed multiple lanes of traffic and smashed into our client in a head-on collision. The defendant driver had minimal insurance coverage and had no personal assets. Our client suffered permanent disability and required multiple surgeries from the auto accident. One of the surgeries resulted in a severe infection. Thankfully, our client had uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.
