Truck Accident

A semi-truck driver was talking on the phone, not paying attention, and side-swiped our client who was in an SUV, causing a truck accident. The client suffered numerous neck injuries and a traumatic brain injury. Both the neck injuries and traumatic brain injury cannot be repaired and will last the rest of the client’s life (approximately 20+ years).

Car Accident

The at-fault driver gave a ride to our two clients. While driving, the at-fault driver decided to gun the car. The at-fault driver lost control of the motor vehicle around a corner, causing a motor vehicle accident. Our clients’ injuries sustained in the car crash included: orthopedic injuries, brain injury, neck pain, scarring, and surgery, among other personal injury. Plastic surgery was needed to repair some of the damage for one client. The other client underwent multiple surgeries. After informing the defendant’s insurance company of the crash and their extent, the insurance company denied coverage, which made the defendant an uninsured motorist.

The defendant driver had used illegal drugs shortly before offering the client a car ride. The client didn’t know about the defendant driver’s drug use and got in the motor vehicle. Shortly after getting in the motor vehicle, the defendant driver gunned the motor vehicle and lost control around a corner, causing a car accident. Our client sustained multiple personal injury in the motor vehicle accident including orthopedic injuries to the cervical spine. Our client eventually needed two surgeries to repair a shoulder.
