Case Details
Client injured when her vehicle was rear-ended by a car on the highway while she was stopped in traffic. The defendant denied fault in the collision and also denied that the injuries were a result of the collision because there was minimal damage to our client’s car. Client suffered injuries to her low back and neck, necessitating epidural steroid injections, two fusion surgeries and prescription opioid pain medication.
