Client injured when his vehicle was struck by a car that failed to stop at a stop sign. The defendant denied fault in the collision and also denied that the injuries were a result of the collision. Client suffered injuries to his neck and right shoulder, necessitating a fusion surgery, an arthroscopic shoulder surgery and prescription opioid pain medication.
