Case Details
Our office represented an individual who fell as she was walking down an apartment staircase. She sustained broken bones and required surgery. The apartment complex blamed our client for the injury and did not make any serious settlement offer. After aggressive litigation, the apartment complex’s insurance company entered into a settlement agreement with us to settle for their insurance policy limits of one million dollars.
