Our office represented a minor who ran into the street after being startled by a dog in a neighbor’s home. After he ran into the street, he was struck by a truck and sustained several broken bones. Our office assisted him in obtaining maximum medical improvement for his injuries. The dog owner’s home insurance company aggressively denied that they were responsible for our client’s injuries. After several years of hard-fought litigation, the dog owner’s home insurance company settled our client’s claim for 1 million dollars more than their policy limit. We also obtained a policy limit settlement from the truck driver who struck our client.

Our client was injured while cutting the seals of an 18 wheeler truck load. Before she finished cutting the seals, the truck driver began to move his truck causing her to fall. She sustained a serious injury to her knee. She was blamed by the defense for not following safety procedures prior to cutting the seals. We were able to resolve her case 1 day before the start of her Jury Trial. We also previously settled her workers compensation claim which is included in the total settlement amount above.

We represented a client who sustained a head and spine injury after being injured working on an elevator shaft. We were able to help the client get medical treatment from a neurologist, orthopedic specialists, ENT doctors, and psychologists. We were also able to obtain temporary disability payments for our client for work that he was not able to attend. Our office aggressively pushed the case towards trial and ultimately recovered a seven-figure settlement for our client days before the trial began. In addition, we obtained a supplemental job-displacement voucher for our client so that he may be re-trained in a different field of work.
