Our client was charged with Impersonating a Peace Officer. Having never been in any trouble before the client was obviously scared, worried about losing his job, and needed help. After interviewing the client and hearing his side of things, it became obvious that his actions did not warrant a felony conviction. Attorney Brandi Lewis was able to negotiate a plea deal which amended the case to a simple violation and required the client to take an online class. After completing the online class, the case will be dismissed and expunged from his record. No jail time. Nothing on his record.
