Case Details
Successfully represented the founders of a medical office practice management company who sold their business to the defendant Atlanta company in exchange for stock in the defendant company. Shortly after the sale, and before Plaintiffs could sell their newly acquired shares, the defendant's stock price plummeted. Suit was filed in the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court alleging, among other things, breach of contract, and fraud and misleading statements by defendants during the sale negotiations.
