The court ruled that the warrantless vehicle seizure was illegal due to exceeding lawful authority during a 'knock-and-talk' but upheld that Miranda warnings were not required for statements made outside of formal arrest.

Secured early termination of a ten-year first offender probation sentence and removal from the sex offender registry for a client who had pleaded to a sex offense involving an underage female. The client had completed five years of probation with excellent performance.

Achieved removal from the sex offender registry for a client previously involved in unlawful contact with an underage female. The judge granted the motion after a hearing, finding the registrant did not pose a substantial risk of future dangerous sexual offense.
