Jabagchourian represented 800 class members who were defrauded in a purported equipment lease business. The jury awarded $47.2 million against the president and CFO of the company. In the second phase of the trial, the judge awarded $114.5 million against the widow of the CEO based on the doctrine of alter ego.

A San Mateo County jury awarded the victim of a romance scam over $9 million dollars, including $8 million in punitive damages over being schemed out of $600,000 in a romance scam instituted by a self-proclaimed “Founder” of numerous “start-ups” and a “serial entrepreneur”. He would target women in high paying tech jobs in the Silicon Valley.

A San Diego Naval surgeon was killed while riding his bicycle to work by an AMR transportation van. The police investigation concluded that it was the bicyclist that was at fault. After considerable investigation, the case went to trial.
