Roy A. Wise

Roy Wise was born and raised in Pierre, South Dakota. Roy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. Roy has been a partner at Richardson Law Firm since 1976. Recently, Roy was named to the 21st edition of “The Best Lawyers in America” in Personal Injury Litigation - Defendants. Roy is also one of a distinguished group of attorneys who have been listed in “Best Lawyers” for ten years or more. Roy has three adult sons and four grandchildren.

James M. Cremer

Jim grew up in Spencer, South Dakota, and attended South Dakota State University and the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974. Jim then attended law school at the University of South Dakota where he was Managing Editor of the South Dakota Law Review. He graduated from law school in 1977 and served as law clerk for the Hon. Fred J. Nichol, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota. Jim joined the firm in 1978. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of South Dakota, where he served as Commissioner from 1981-1984, and Chairman of the Business, Banking and Corporation Committee from 1987-1989. He is also a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Jim practices primarily in the areas of business law, real estate, banking, commercial law and telecommunications.

Jack H. Hieb

Jack Hieb was born and raised in South Dakota, growing up in Delmont. After graduating from Delmont High School, Jack attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in government and international affairs. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, Jack enrolled at the University of South Dakota School of Law, in Vermillion, South Dakota. His law school achievements included: Dean’s List (Class Rank 1/67), Sterling Honor Graduate, and Law School Foundation’s Distinguished Scholar. Prior to joining the Richardson Law Firm, Jack practiced law with Lee Schoenbeck in Webster, South Dakota and served a four-year term as the Day County State’s Attorney. Jack has been a partner at Richardson Law Firm since 2000. He also offers alternative dispute resolution services and has conducted more than 300 mediations and arbitrations during the past ten years.
