Estate Litigation

Jack Hieb and Zachary Peterson successfully defended a lengthy and contentious will contest, which was finally put to rest by a unanimous decision of the South Dakota Supreme Court. The Court rejected all of the challenging party’s arguments and affirmed the circuit court on all issues.
