Randall Stark Haynes
Randy Haynes is a partner at Morris Haynes. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama Law School in 1983. He has served as Municipal Judge of Alexander City since 1988. Mr. Haynes concentrates his practice on litigation, primarily involving product liability, railroad, trucking, wrongful death cases, and consumer litigation. He has achieved numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries for clients and has been recognized as a 'Super Lawyer' and inducted as a Fellow into the Alabama Law Foundation.

Clay Hornsby
Clay Hornsby is an attorney and partner at Morris Haynes, practicing in the Alexander City office. He graduated from the University of Alabama Law School in 1988. Thomas Radney
Thomas Radney has been showing off in the courtroom all of his life. Beginning at a very young age, Thomas often went to Court to watch, and sometimes even help, his father (Tom Radney 1932-2011) try cases and represent clients all over East Alabama. It is not an exaggeration to say that Thomas is as comfortable in a courtroom as he is in his own living room. Thomas graduated with honors from Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City in 1989. From there, he entered the University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 and then his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1996. Thomas is a life-long Alabamian who began his legal career clerking for the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals for Judge John Patterson. Since then, Thomas has been in private practice in downtown Alexander City providing representation throughout the eastern part of the state. For almost 30 years, Thomas has been strong, steady force for clients with serious legal issues. Thomas believes that preparation and research before entering the courtroom with aggressive representation at trial lead to great client results. Thomas maintains a diverse practice wherein he represents clients in the following areas of law: Criminal Defense; Car Accidents; Divorce and Child Custody; Personal Injury; Property, Real Estate and Family Disputes; Will Contests; Probate Proceedings and general civil and criminal practice. Tom F. Young, Jr.
Tom F. Young, Jr. is Of Counsel at Morris Haynes, joining the firm after serving 18 years as Circuit Judge in the 5th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. He graduated from Birmingham School of Law in 1982. He handles personal injury, products liability, civil cases, criminal, and domestic relations matters, and has an active mediation practice. He has served as a city prosecutor, Special Referee in Family Court, Special District Court Judge, Municipal Court Judge, and Probate Judge for Tallapoosa County.

Jason Jackson
Jason Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree with special honors in Forensic Sciences from Jacksonville State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law. Prior to completing law school, Jason served as a firefighter/paramedic with the Alexander City Fire Department. After a short time he transferred to the Alexander City Police Department where he served as a criminal investigator and SWAT team member. He was named Police Officer of the Year in 1998. Jason specializes in criminal law, civil law, divorce, and domestic relations and has successfully represented all of these disciplines in federal, state, and municipal courts. Jason is determined to provide comprehensive legal services, compassionate care, and total devotion to clients’ needs. He believes everyone deserves to be understood, and understanding is at the heart of the legal process. He believes in fully explaining each step of the legal process to his clients to ease the fear and anxiety that so often come with legal issues. Jason and his wife, Krystal, are residents of Alexander City where they are raising their two beautiful daughters. Jeremy Knowles is a partner at Morris Haynes, practicing in the Birmingham office. He has helped clients recover over $100 million in cases against major corporations, focusing on product defects, fires, explosions, airbag defects, tire separations, tractor trailer negligence, automobile negligence, abuse, neglect, and other insurance claims. He was admitted to the Alabama bar in 1997.

Emily Hornsby is a partner at Morris Haynes, joining the firm in 2004. She represents individuals in personal injury, product defects, trucking accidents, industrial accidents, legionella pneumonia, fraud, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. She is licensed in Alabama and Georgia and is involved with the Women Lawyers section of the Birmingham Bar, Alabama Bar, and Alabama Association for Justice. She co-founded the Alabama Mindfulness in Law Society.
