Robert C. Howard, Jr.
Robert C. Howard, Jr., also known as “Bob,” is an attorney and stand-up comedian who won the Funniest Person in the Valley contest in 2001 and the John O’Connor Humor Competition in 2013. He was named one of the top 50 pro bono attorneys in Arizona in 2008 and inducted into the Scottsdale Historymakers Hall of Fame in 2011. He served as President of the Scottsdale Bar Association from 1985-1986 and received their Award of Excellence for Community Service in 2006. The Maricopa County Bar awarded him Volunteer of the Year in 2000 and the Longevity Award in 2014 for his work with the Family Law Assistance Program (FLAP). He helped establish a monthly legal assistance program at the Paiute Neighborhood Center and started its annual fundraising breakfast. He also started a program with the Scottsdale Charros for Scottsdale School students. He has served as President of the Scottsdale Charros, Partners for Paiute Neighborhood Center, and Scottsdale Education Foundation. Colin Bell
Colin Bell is an outgoing, funny, and helpful criminal law practitioner from western Canada. He graduated from the University of Alberta where he played rugby and was active in the Student’s Union. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law, where he was a student prosecutor for the Hampden County District Attorney and was selected as the graduating class speaker. After years of hard winters, he moved to Arizona and became the first Tombstone resident to be sworn into the practice of law in Arizona. Fred Ruotolo
Fred Ruotolo is a Certified Family Law Specialist who has been practicing law in Arizona for decades. He joined the legal team in 2017 and works from the firm’s Phoenix office. He earned his bachelor’s degree from ASU in general business administration (1988) and his juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law (1992). Melissa Kleminski Bower
Melissa Kleminski Bower is a dedicated attorney who worked full time while attending law school, graduating with a 3.6 GPA. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
