Jeffrey A. Franklin

Jeffrey A. Franklin serves clients in ways that maximize their opportunity to achieve their goals. Jeff has more than 25 years of experience, primarily in business law including the areas of electric, gas, telecommunication, alternative energy, transportation and water regulation. He also has extensive experience in technology, Internet, computer law and cybersecurity issues. Jeff advises clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements and the successful implementation of business strategies. Jeff has successfully conducted administrative adjudications, civil cases and and appeals before various courts and administrative agencies. He has extensive experience in a variety of legal areas, including administrative law, electric power projects, Marcellus shale, eminent domain, computer law, gaming law and civil litigation. Jeff counsels clients and lawyers on how to protect confidential information and cybersecurity. He writes and publishes extensively regarding leveraging technology to efficiently and effectively achieve business goals. He is the principal technology consultant with BrightLine Tech Solutions, LLC. Prior to joining Prince Law Offices, P.C., Jeff was counsel with an Am Law 100 firm, and a partner and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of a Central Pennsylvania-based law firm.

Joshua G. Prince

Joshua Prince was born and raised in Berks County, PA, and is the fourth generation of Princes practicing law locally. He graduated from The Hill School in 2000 and McGill University in 2005 with a double major in Political Science and World Religions. He then graduated Cum Laude from Widener Law School in 2009. Joshua focuses his practice on Firearms Law as Chief Counsel of the Firearms Industry Consulting Group® (FICG®). He has represented numerous individuals, Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs), and gun clubs/ranges on various state and federal issues. He is an avid firearms collector and target shooter, and has taught many Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on Firearms Law. Joshua also formed Civil Rights Defense Firm, P.C. (CRDF) and Cannabis Industry Law Group.

Karl P. Voigt IV

Karl P. Voigt IV graduated with honors from Gettysburg College in 1987 and from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1990. He has been practicing exclusively in workers’ compensation with Prince Law Offices since 1990, serving injured workers in Berks and Schuylkill Counties. Karl has hosted 'Ask-A-Lawyer' on BerksTV and spoken before various public groups. He edits the office’s newsletter, WCLC Update, and was Chair of the Berks County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section in 2000 and 2004. He lives in Northern Berks County and enjoys road and mountain cycling.

Warren H. Prince

Warren H. Prince, a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, has practiced law since 1977. He is the third generation of Princes practicing law locally. Warren graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1974 and Dickinson School of Law in 1977. He founded Prince Law Offices, P.C. in 1990, initially focusing on representing injured workers. The firm has since expanded its practice areas to cover a wide range of legal services for individuals and families. Warren was instrumental in establishing the Pottstown Area Police Athletic League (PAL) and served as a Township Supervisor in Washington Township. His hobbies include computer technology and cooking, and he is an active member of the Berks County Bar Association Technology Committee.

Adam Kraut

Adam Kraut was born and raised in Chester County, PA. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in 2004. Adam graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 2009 with a major in Political Science and Widener Law School in 2014. He is an avid firearms enthusiast with experience in the firearms industry as the general manager of a Federal Firearms Licensee. Adam is politically active in protecting Second Amendment rights and was the host of The Gun Collective's show, The Legal Brief. He is also a frequent guest on podcasts and writes for Recoil Web.

Andrew Teitelman

Andrew Teitelman is an attorney residing in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with 39 years of experience. He is dedicated to protecting freedom and constitutional rights, representing clients in state and federal courts. Mr. Teitelman is involved in pro bono community service, focusing on election integrity and public education issues. Dillon Harris

Dillon Harris grew up in Kingman, Arizona. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He passed the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) in February 2020, graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School in May 2020, and passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in October 2020. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland, focusing on firearms or general estate practice. Dillon is an avid hunter and shooter, and regularly presents at firearms law seminars and continuing legal education courses. He was awarded the 2023 Outstanding Faculty Award by the National Business Institute.
