Michael B. Lammers

Mike Lammers focuses his civil litigation practice on helping individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. He represents clients who have suffered injuries or had their legal rights violated. Mike understands how aggressively insurance companies work to deny valid claims, and he is committed to fighting on behalf of injury victims. As a seasoned trial lawyer, Mike is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He believes the most effective way to hold wrongdoers accountable is by rigorously pursuing justice through the court system. Mike is not intimidated by complex cases or large corporate defendants. He co-founded Heimerl & Lammers and 612-INJURED to have the freedom to take on cases he truly believes in. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. He is also a military veteran who served in the U.S. Navy during the first Gulf War. Mike lives in Eden Prairie with his wife Katie and their two children. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys golfing, even though he admits his game needs work, and spending time with his family.

Abbas Kazerounian is a founding partner at Kazerouni Law Group, APC, specializing in personal injury, consumer rights, and class actions. Katie Lammers

Katie Lammers has represented hundreds of clients in civil litigation cases throughout Minnesota, with a primary focus on family law matters. She has experience in every aspect of the litigation process, including appeals, jury trials, bench trials, summary judgment hearings, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution, such as Early Neutral Evaluations. Katie is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Board Certified Family Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a Rule 114 qualified neutral and a certified family law mediator, providing both Social Early Neutral Evaluations (SENE) and Financial Early Neutral Evaluations (FENE). Her professional service includes positions on the Minneapolis Civil Rights Commission, volunteer mediator roles in Ramsey and Hennepin counties, and participation in the 4th Judicial District Ethics Committee as a volunteer investigator. Katie is active in professional organizations including the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Family Law Council of the Minnesota State Bar Association, where she serves as publications co-chair. Katie contributes to the legal community through speaking engagements and continuing legal education (CLE) presentations on topics like bankruptcy in divorce, discovery issues, motion practice, and parenting plans.
