Jerad K. Horne

Jerad grew up in Bradshaw, McDowell County, West Virginia, where his parents devoted their entire careers to the McDowell County school system. Jerad graduated from Iaeger High School. Although Jerad moved away to further his education and now lives in Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia, he still maintains close ties to McDowell County.

Daniel Burns
Daniel Burns, born in Charleston and raised in Parkersburg, West Virginia, is an attorney at Katz, Kantor, Stonestreet & Buckner. He graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2008 and from West Virginia University College of Law in 2011. Patrick D. McCune
Patrick grew up in Weirton, West Virginia, where he attended Madonna High School. After graduating from high school, Patrick attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Immediately following his graduation from Duquesne, Patrick attended West Virginia University College of Law, whereat he focused his studies on civil litigation. As such, during his final year at WVU, Patrick participated in the Litigation and Advocacy Clinic, which afforded him the privilege of offering pro bono legal aid to many residents of West Virginia while learning the practice of civil litigation. After earning his Juris Doctor from WVU, Patrick returned to Weirton in order to work with and learn from his father, Daniel McCune. Then, in 2021, Patrick moved to Mercer County so that he could live near to his now wife, Abbey. It was at that time that he was hired by and began working for Brewster Morhous. Patrick concentrates his practice in the areas of Insurance Defense and Litigation, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury.

Wayne Evans
Wayne Evans has been with Katz, Kantor, Stonestreet & Buckner since 1985. A native of Bluefield, West Virginia, he previously served as a police officer, detective, and probation officer. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 1984 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in the same year. Eric Buckner

Wayne Stonestreet
Wayne Stonestreet is a Mercer County Fiduciary Commissioner and has been with Katz, Kantor, Stonestreet & Buckner, PLLC for more than 25 years. He is an active member of the community, involved in various organizations including the Read Aloud Program, Bluefield High School Foundation, and Rotary Club. Wayne graduated from West Liberty State College with a B.S. in Accounting in 1973 and West Virginia Law School in 1976, later earning an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami in 1985. His practice areas include taxation, trusts and estates, wills, and corporate law.

Jason Causey
