Casey L. Lott

He graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in the same year. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1994. Duncan is an active member of the Mississippi and American Bar Associations, American Association for Justice, and Mississippi Association for Justice. He is a past President of the Prentiss County Bar Association. Duncan has secured multi-million dollar awards for his clients and is actively involved in trial litigation for personal injury, products liability, automobile accident cases, divorce/child custody, and felony criminal defense. Colby Langston

Colby Langston is an Associate attorney at Langston & Lott, focusing on injury and negligence cases. He earned his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014, an M.B.A. from The Millsaps College Else School of Management in 2011, and a B.S. in Public Management from Millsaps College in 2010. Thomas C. Cooley

Thomas C. Cooley is an Associate attorney at Langston & Lott. He graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2011, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Program. He was admitted to practice in Mississippi in 2011 and Alabama in 2012. Thomas has been active in personal injury and civil litigation since joining Langston & Lott. He previously served as a law clerk for Justice Randy G. Pierce of the Mississippi Supreme Court and as an adjunct professor at his alma mater.

Clinton Martin

Clinton Martin is an Associate attorney at Langston & Lott. He holds a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law (2009) and M.S. in Mathematics from Mississippi State University (2000). He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee. Clint's legal experience includes working for the Rankin County Prosecutors Office and the Hinds County Public Defender. He has handled jury trials, bench trials, and Multi-District Litigation, with a primary focus on personal injury law and criminal defense. He also served four years as Youth Court Prosecutor and as a guardian ad litem.
