Jack F. Witcher

Jack Witcher graduated from Bremen High School, and was the Valedictorian of his graduating class. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management, and obtained his Law Degree from the University of Georgia. Mr. Witcher was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, and then was admitted to practice law in Georgia. Mr. Witcher is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court, all Georgia appellate courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Mr. Witcher is a past president of the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit Bar Association, and is currently a member of the Atlanta Bar Association. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Witcher practiced law for 18 years with the late Thomas B. Murphy, former Speaker of the House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, and was a partner in the law firm of Murphy, Witcher, Murphy in Bremen, Georgia. During his years of practice, Mr. Witcher has handled almost every type of litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Ryan Farmer

Ryan Farmer calls west Georgia home. He lives in Tallapoosa with his wife, Chelsea, who is an elementary school teacher in the Haralson County School System. Ryan currently represents District 4 on the Haralson County Board of Commissioners. He is also President of the Tallapoosa Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Georgia and his law degree from Mercer University. Ryan is a skilled negotiator. Tyler Paul Smith (or 'TP' as we like to call him) is as west Georgia as they come. He was born and raised in Haralson County, Georgia where he lives on his family’s 160+ year old farm. Cassi Witcher Cain

Cassi Witcher Cain graduated Cum Laude in 2012 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, and has an M.B.A. from the Brock School of Business, also at Samford. Cassi spent her undergraduate years at Emory University, where she was a standout collegiate softball player. Having literally grown up in the Law Office of Jack F. Witcher, Cassi carries on her father's legacy in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury, real property, probate (wills, estates, and guardianships), contracts, and business law. Cassi is also highly effective at representing clients in court-ordered settlement mediation, a skill that has become increasingly important in recent years. Nathaniel C. Wheelwright

Nathaniel Wheelwright is a California native who has made Georgia his home for more than 30 years. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 2002 and joined Jack F. Witcher two years later. Nathaniel represents clients accused of crimes ranging from DUI to major felonies, and is experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, grandparents’ rights, adoptions, and juvenile court matters. Nat has a well-earned reputation for being an aggressive advocate in the courtroom as well as behind the scenes in negotiations with opposing attorneys.

Daniel B. Greenfield

Daniel Greenfield earned his law degree in 2000 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he was a member of the Law Review, and has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of North Carolina. Dan is admitted to practice in all Georgia state and appellate courts, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of federal district court in Georgia. Dan joined the firm in 2003 after working as a staff attorney for the Georgia Court of Appeals. He advises and represents clients in all areas of civil law, from simple landlord-tenant disputes to contract litigation (personal and business) and major injury cases.
