Casey K. Colonna

Casey was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and now calls Burlington County home. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (B.A.) and Widener University School of Law (J.D.). Casey is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Dave is a native of Burlington. He is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A.) and Western New England School of Law (J.D.). Prior to joining the firm, Dave was an Assistant Prosecutor in Burlington County. Dave is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Dave handles all types of personal injury matters including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip & fall incidents, dog bite incidents, products liability matters, and medical malpractice. Dave also spends a great deal of his time handling workers' compensation matters, including but not limited to issues regarding medical benefits, temporary benefits, and permanency awards.

Edward J. Magram

Ed is a Certified Workers' Compensation Law Attorney (www.judiciary.state.nj.us/supreme_doc/njbac/) and has been practicing law in Burlington County since 1984. Ed has restricted his practice to representing injured workers in Workers' Compensation matters for many years. Ed handles all types of Workers' Compensation matters, including but not limited to issues regarding medical benefits, temporary benefits, and permanency awards. Ed is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.S.) and Rutgers School of Law (J.D.). Christopher Costello leads the firm, bringing over 30 years of experience in personal injury litigation and holding the designation of Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an award given to fewer than 2% of lawyers in New Jersey. Stanley Wojculewski brings valuable insight from his background as in-house counsel for major insurance companies. His understanding of insurance defense tactics strengthens the firm’s ability to anticipate and counteract claim denials and delays. Stanley has extensive experience in handling automobile accident injury cases. Stanley also has a great deal of experience with physician claims filed under the New Jersey No-Fault and Worker’s Compensation laws, and will ensure that the physicians that treat those injured in automobile or on-the-job accidents receive proper compensation from the insurance companies.
