Jack Price
A native of Dunmore, Jack Price graduated from Dunmore High School in 2004 and attended The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The Smeal College of Business. Attorney Price also handled cases in the state appellate courts, and successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on a matter of first impression in the Commonwealth. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States Middle District of Pennsylvania. Aside from his work with the District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Price is active in the Lackawanna Bar Association and served as President of the Young Lawyer’s Division in 2017. Jane M. Carlonas
Jane M. Carlonas is a 1988 graduate of the University of Scranton and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University School of Law, Pittsburgh, PA in 1991. She is an active member of the Lackawanna Bar Association and served as President of the Association in 2012. James J. Gillotti
James J. Gillotti was admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania in 1979. After completing a one-year judicial clerkship, he has been in private practice in Lackawanna County since 1980. In 2012, Mr. Gillotti was certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only organization authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to certify Pennsylvania attorneys in Elder Law. The certification is currently held by less than seventy (70) lawyers in the entire state. He was re-certified by NELF in 2017. Atty. Gillotti is the Chairman of the Elder Law Committee of the Lackawanna Bar Association. Alfred J. Weinschenk
Alfred J. Weinschenk has over forty years of business law practice, with extensive experience in the purchase and sale of business entities.
