Jeffrey L. Dull

Jeff Dull graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1984 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1987. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October 1987. Mr. Dull began his practice in Osceola, Missouri, handling a wide variety of cases including personal injury, criminal, domestic, probate, workers’ compensation, and social security disability. He established offices in Clinton (2003), Warsaw, and Sedalia (2018). His practice now focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, complex civil and probate matters, and social security disability claims. He has obtained judgments or settlements exceeding a million dollars for seriously injured clients. Matthew D. Lowe

Matt Lowe graduated from Clinton High School in May of 1995 and continued his education, preparatory and legal, at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Mr. Lowe received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1999, and his J.D. in 2002. Matt was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2003, and began working at the Law Offices of Dull & Lowe, LLC. He is now associated with Johns, Mitchell, Duncan, & Lowe where he is listed as Of Counsel. A majority of Mr. Lowe’s practice was dedicated to the litigation of criminal defense cases. He has represented hundreds of clients on various criminal cases ranging from traffic violations to murder charges. This representation focused on defending individuals who have been accused of alcohol related driving offenses. Mr. Lowe has successfully defended citizens arrested for driving while intoxicated in both their criminal case and in the driver’s license sanction actions brought against them by the Director of Revenue. He has tried hundreds of DWI cases to judges, juries, and administrative hearing officers. Mr. Lowe is certified in the administration of standardized field sobriety tests and has completed the 24 hour NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Course. He has been certified on the operation of various breath testing instruments and has extensive experience on cross examining law enforcement officers and expert witnesses on breath testing devices. He travelled to Mansfield Ohio in 2011 where he received several days of training on the DataMaster breathalyzer machine. In 2015 he successfully completed a class on the theory and practice of forensic chromatography at Axion Analytical Laboratories, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Lowe has been featured on the faculty for multiple seminars including Missouri’s largest DWI Defense programs for attorneys. He was included among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 trial attorneys in the State of Missouri. He has also been included in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Mr. Lowe is a Lifetime Member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He served on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Criminal Defense Lawyers from 2010 to 2016. In addition to criminal law, Mr. Lowe also has experience in other areas of the law, including domestic litigation and personal injury litigation. He has participated in cases totaling more than $20,000,000 in settlement and jury awards. In 2016, Mr. Lowe left the full time practice of law to become Vice President of Champion Brands, LLC in Clinton, Missouri. He remains available to provide advice and direction to clients through the firm of Johns Mitchell Duncan & Lowe.

Jeffery T. Adams

Jeffery T. Adams focuses his practice on wrongful death, personal injury, workers’ compensation, insurance disputes, and slip and falls. He graduated from William Jewell College with a double major in business and mathematics in 1991 and earned his JD from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1994 with Order of the Coif honors. He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and is actively involved with Trinity Lutheran Church of Clinton and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

J.D. Baker graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Accounting in 1972 and attained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri Law School in 1975. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1975 and has handled a wide variety of litigation and cases, including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Real Estate Law, Banking Law, Probate, and Estate Planning. He served on the Board of Directors for St. Clair County State Bank from 1985 until 2012.

Blane Baker is an Osceola native who graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Finance in 2003 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa Law School in 2005. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2006 and joined Baker Law Firm L.L.C. in 2008. He specializes in personal injury, criminal defense, family law, real estate law, and banking law.

Julius F. Wall

Julius F. Wall practiced law in Clinton, Missouri for 55 years, focusing on estate planning, probate, estate administration, real estate law, and elder law. He graduated from Central Missouri State University and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law with Order of the Coif honors. He served two years in the United States Army, including a year in Korea.
