Andrew L. Statmore
Andrew L. Statmore is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman and currently heads the litigation department at the firm. Mr. Statmore graduated from the George Washington University in 1992 with a degree in finance. Lance J. Bitterman
Lance J. Bitterman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman with extensive experience litigating all types of personal injury actions from inception of the case through trial. Lance joined the firm after completing a Superior Court Clerkship with the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, Assignment Judge of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Lance distinguished himself as a Deans Law Scholarship recipient and later graduated cum laude. After three years with the firm, Lance was promoted to partner. He advocates for those injured in all types of accidents and has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, appearing before Judges in each and every County. He has tried numerous cases to verdict which have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal and Top 50 Verdicts in New Jersey. Alexandra Loprete
Alexandra Loprete is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman, LLC. She is a skilled trial attorney focused on personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect cases. Ms. Loprete joined Fredson Statmore Bitterman after gaining almost a decade of experience at another well-respected medical malpractice and personal injury firm. She is a zealous advocate for her clients and consistently obtains high-value results. She has valuable experience pursuing claims against doctors, hospitals, nurses, and nursing homes and has acted as a pivotal part of many medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases that have resulted in multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts, including a $5.1 million jury verdict in Somerset County and a $17.15 million settlement in Essex County. Joseph J. Triarsi
Joseph J. Triarsi graduated from Villanova University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston College. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for N.J. and the U.S. Supreme Court. In 1982, Mr. Triarsi earned the designation, Certified Civil Trial Counsel, which he held until March 1989. He has been a member of the Supreme Court Judicial Selection Committee and served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of District XII Ethics Committee. Triarsi has represented public clients in the State of New Jersey including Union County, the municipalities of Clark, Garwood and Carteret and the Union County Improvement Authority. He has extensive civil and criminal trial experience and has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell for more than 20 years. Steven F. Wukovits
Steven F. Wukovits was primarily raised in Union, New Jersey and graduated from Seton Hall University. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School and is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Wukovits served as an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General. He gained extensive litigation experience successfully prosecuting a wide range of felony criminal cases during his tenure. In 1995, the New Jersey Supreme Court first designated Mr. Wukovits a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. It is a proud designation that he continues to hold today as there are only 250 lawyers (less than 1%) in New Jersey certified as a Criminal Trial Attorney. After joining the firm as a law associate in May 1996, he was assigned primarily to work on serious criminal cases, as well as personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Wukovits continued to consistently provide excellent results for the firm’s clientele and he became a partner in 2001. Thereafter, Mr. Wukovits became the principal litigator of the firm’s State and Federal criminal defense work. Nicholas J. Waltman
Nicholas J. Waltman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nicholas worked for a full service law firm in Essex County and specialized in all areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, and has vast experience with all types of personal injury claims. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University and attended law school at Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time in law school, Nicholas was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher Rafano and also was an intern for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
