Michael Feldman
Michael H. Feldman, now retired, directed complex litigation at Berman | Sobin | Gross LLP for over 35 years, focusing on medical malpractice, products liability, and serious injury cases. He was a leader in transfusion-associated AIDS litigation and achieved significant verdicts, including the largest in Allegany County and a $44.1 million medical negligence verdict in Montgomery County. Gretchen Rogers
Gretchen Rogers is a partner at Berman | Sobin | Gross LLP, specializing in workers' compensation. She has advocated for injured workers in Maryland and South Carolina since 2005, representing communication workers, police officers, firefighters, correction officers, and municipal workers. Gretchen is a member of the Maryland Negligence, Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Council of the Maryland Bar Association, where she has organized and moderated programs. She regularly presents to unions and volunteers at workers’ rights clinics, and was a panelist at the American Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Midwinter Seminar and Conference. In 2024, she was appointed as Faculty at the Judicial College of Maryland to co-teach a statewide course on workers’ compensation law for judges.

Jaclyne Kartley
Jaclyne Kartley is an associate attorney at Berman | Sobin | Gross LLP, focusing solely on personal injury cases such as car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and injuries caused by negligence. A former state prosecutor and volunteer firefighter, he brings a strong commitment to his clients, particularly public safety officers.
