Matthew E. Palmer
Matthew E. Palmer is the managing attorney and principal of Palmer Rodak & Associates and is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Matthew has served as a Pro Tem Judge at the Superior Court in Vista since 2003 and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the North County Bar Association, and the North County Certified Family Law Specialist group. Matthew has a third-degree black belt in Soo Bahk Doo Mu Duk Kwan, traditional Korean Karate, and has trained in the martial arts for 24 years. Matthew also enjoys practicing hot yoga and spending time on the beach with his family.

Gary Lynch
Gary F. Lynch is a founding partner of Lynch Carpenter, with over thirty years of experience representing plaintiffs in employment and consumer lawsuits. He has a national practice focusing on employee wage rights, consumer protection, and data breach and cybersecurity. He has argued in numerous federal and state courts, handled over 100 class actions, and achieved multi-million-dollar recoveries. Kelly K. Iverson
Kelly Iverson is a partner and Managing Partner of Operations at Lynch Carpenter, specializing in complex litigation, mass torts, personal injury, products liability, and class action lawsuits. She has been appointed to leadership positions in national litigation, including Co-Lead Counsel in the Philips Recalled CPAP MDL, TMX Finance Corporate Services, Inc.
