Alan S. Milavetz has been a trial lawyer for 38 years, focusing on motor vehicle, wrongful death, brain injury, spinal injury, and Mass Tort cases in Minnesota. He has resolved thousands of claims and is licensed in all Minnesota state and federal courts. He is a certified rule 114 arbitrator and a civil law mediator. Barbara Nilva Nevin has practiced law since 1979, focusing on family law, bankruptcy, employment law, and personal injury. She has practiced extensively in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, twice reversing district court rulings in a third-party custody case. She is a Judge of Conciliation Court in Hennepin County. Ms. Nevin was a plaintiff in Milavetz Injury Law, P.A., et. al. v. United State of America, which challenged portions of the Bankruptcy Reform Act (BAPCPA of 2005) on First Amendment grounds before the U.S. Supreme Court. She was awarded as one of the Attorneys of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer in 2009 for this work. She has lectured on bankruptcy and family law and has been named a Minnesota Super Lawyer since 2005. Robert J Milavetz founded the law firm now known as Milavetz, Law, P.A. in 1963. He was a graduate of U High and the University of Minnesota, and earned his Juris Doctor degree at William Mitchell College of Law. He was a champion of the First Amendment, representing clients in cases involving free speech and conscientious objector status during the Vietnam war. He was a certified trial lawyer specialist, won many significant appellate court decisions, and was named a Super Lawyer and Minnesota Attorney of the Year in 2009. He was a named Plaintiff in a U.S. Supreme Court case (Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A. v. United States of America, 559 US 229 (2010)) concerning attorneys' First Amendment rights related to bankruptcy advice. He was a fierce litigator for 61 years, fighting for civil rights, free speech, and compensation for injuries.

Gregory S. Malush graduated from St. Louis University in 1982 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in chemistry and from St. Louis University School of Law in 1985. He was admitted to practice in Missouri (1985), Illinois (1986), and Minnesota (1987). His major area of practice is auto, ATV, Semi, slip and fall liability claims, and he has helped families in wrongful death automobile accident situations, receiving six-figure awards. He also represented the Mother of the Bucklin children in a wrongful death case against the FAA and a company running a tower in Wyoming. He has handled cases involving farm injuries, defective products, and premises liability, and has filed actions against numerous insurance companies. He also represents families in wrongful death claims against medical providers, nursing homes, and in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Malush is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice Board of Directors and an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is active in community coaching and was a board member for the Merriam Park Community Council. He strives to ensure clients are informed and receive appropriate care.

David graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was an Editor and Online Executive Editor with the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, a Student Representative on the Student Bar Association, and President of the Jewish Law Student Association. He clerked for Judge Nancy Buytendorp and was a Law Clerk at Ramsey County Attorney. His practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, and nonprofit law. Prior to law, he owned a business consulting for nonprofits. He serves on boards for Jewfolk, Inc., Jewish Federation of Greater Saint Paul, and Jewish Family Services, and is on the steering committee of the Cardozo Society.

Daniel graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2017. He attended BPP University Law School in London in 2015. His primary focus is personal injury law, and his litigation practice includes depositions and mediations. He volunteers at the Cardozo Society Legal Aid Clinic and participates in the 'Giving Circle' for Jewish Family Services. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing basketball.

Michael R. Docherty has practiced law in the Twin Cities for 30 years, focusing on personal injury, business litigation, corporate law, and wills and probate. He represents individuals in various lawsuits including personal injury, insurance claims, contractual disputes, and business disputes. He also counsels businesses on formation, contracts, and corporate governance, and individuals on estate planning.
