G. Martin Meyers, Esq. is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, where he maintained a Dean’s List average and earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Economics in May 1968. Mr. Meyers received his law degree (Juris Doctor) from New York University School of Law in May 1971 and was admitted to the New Jersey bar in November 1971. Justin A. Meyers
Justin A. Meyers is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2006), New York (2007), and Washington, D.C. (2008). Justin earned his B.A. at Boston University in 2001, and his J.D. and M.B.A. at Vanderbilt University in 2006. Justin has particular experience in the areas of commercial foreclosure litigation and construction litigation. He is also involved in managing the firm’s operations, including implementing novel technology solutions to the evolving practice of law.

Susan S. Singer
Susan S. Singer, Esq., is an attorney who has been concentrating her practice in the area of employment litigation for more than twenty-five years. Susan graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College in 1967, obtained an M.A. from Columbia University in 1971, and the degree of Juris Doctor from Rutgers University Law School (Newark) in 1976. Shortly after graduating, she clerked for the presiding judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division, then on temporary assignment to the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Susan found her passion for employment litigation in the 1980’s when she had the privilege of representing four distinguished African American reporters seeking to crash the “white ceiling” at the New York Daily News. After nine weeks of trial, Susan’s clients prevailed against a nationally circulated newspaper in one of the first successful race discrimination case for bias in offering promotion opportunities. Since then, Susan has represented employees in federal and state courts in cases spanning claims of age, gender, race, religious affiliation, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation against whistleblowers, civil rights, violations of non-competition agreements, and more. In addition to her work on behalf of employees in the private sector, Susan represented the City of Newark for seventeen years in public employment matters, and for over ten years served as special counsel for civil rights litigation for the City of Trenton. Susan’s name appears as the attorney at oral argument, or on the briefs in numerous published opinions by state and federal appellate courts in the area of employment law. G. Martin Meyers and Susan Singer have worked together to obtain numerous positive settlements and verdicts on behalf of discrimination victims, in both state and federal courts. Susan’s interest in public service over the years led her to serve two four-year terms as a member of the District VII Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court and, currently, as pro bono counsel to a non-profit shared housing facility in Montclair.

Matthew T. Sheffield
Matthew T. Sheffield, Esq. is an attorney with extensive experience in fighting for his clients’ rights and a proven track record in successfully handling complex litigation. He graduated from Syracuse University with dual degrees in Political Science and Television/Radio/Film and earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
