Ryan Schwartz

Ryan Schwartz is the founder of Schwartz Trial Law LLC, specializing in personal injury and criminal defense. David 'Dave' Rohwedder started his legal career as a defense lawyer before realizing he was on the 'wrong side' and has since represented victims in personal injury cases for over 10 years. Arman Deganian is a native of the Atlanta metro area and a 'double dawg' from the University of Georgia. He spent his first 8 years as a lawyer doing defense work for insurance companies, which gives him an advantage in personal injury cases. He co-founded Litner + Deganian with Steve Litner to provide more personalized attention to clients. He is relaxed and approachable, and not afraid to take cases to trial. He enjoys sports and outdoor activities, including baseball, softball, running, and backpacking. He is a big Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Steve Litner moved to Atlanta after law school and started his career in securities litigation before moving to personal injury law to help clients. He co-founded Litner + Deganian with Arman Deganian to offer more personalized client attention. He is described as hardworking, creative, and aggressive in pursuing the best results. He is a volunteer wrestling coach and president of his neighborhood civic association. He is a fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Florida Gators, and North Carolina Tar Heels.

Kimberly A. Berry

For more than 16 years, Kimberly Berry has successfully represented individuals charged with DUI, misdemeanor and serious felony charges. She is a partner at Lawson and Berry. She has experience conducting hearings and motions in courts throughout the state of Georgia and maintains an aggressive trial practice defending those wrongly accused. She has had incredible success defending those in cases ranging from DUI to vehicular homicide to rape and child molestation. She is know state-wide as a sex offense expert. Ms. Berry is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she was a Dean's Scholar. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and is a graduate of Gwinnett County public schools. She began her legal career as a public defender and was selected into the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council Honors Program for outstanding law school graduates. Ms. Berry is admitted to practice in all juvenile, state, recorders, municipal, and superior courts of Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. In addition, Ms. Berry also handles criminal defense cases in federal prosecutions in the Northern District of Georgia. In 2012, Ms. Berry applied for acceptance at the national Trial Lawyers College and was selected from a pool of applicants nationwide to attend the prestigious program in advanced trial law techniques. She graduated from the college in August 2012. Most recently, she has been honored by being independently rated as “Superb 10.0” by the Avvo rating service, joining a select and elite group of nationally recognized criminal defense lawyers. She has dedicated her practice to defending the rights of the accused.
