Katherine A. Brown Holmen
Katherine grew up in Minnesota and has lived there for most of her life. She graduated from law school and passed the Minnesota Bar Examination by the age of 24. She has worked exclusively as a personal injury lawyer in Minnesota for the last 30 years. She has been successful in recovering millions of dollars for her clients. She was recently honored as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Minnesota by the exclusive National Trial Lawyers organization. Katherine works hard to maximize recovery for her clients. She represents clients who have been injured, or family members of those killed, in car crashes, injured by slip and falls, dog attacks, boating and snowmobile crashes, downed powerlines, sexual abuse victims and other people injured by the wrongful acts of others. Katherine also acts as a Conciliation Court Referee in both Ramsey and Dakota Counties. She has been an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for many years. Katherine was a member of the Ramsey County Ethics Committee for 6 years. Thereafter, she was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the Board of Professional Responsibility, an organization that is responsible for the oversight and administration of the Minnesota lawyer discipline system. Outside of the office she is an active community worker, volunteering at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, working as a Certified U.S.A. Gymnastic Trampoline and Tumbling Judge, and a volunteer mentor to law students at the University of St. Thomas-School of Law. Katherine’s undergraduate degree is in psychology, and she finds that her background helps her understand the psychological aspects that accident victims face. Jonathan P.K. Puklich
Jon Puklich is an attorney with the law firm of Meyer, Puklich & Merriam. Jon practices exclusively in the area of personal injury. Jon Puklich has been recognized seven consecutive years as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law and Politics, Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine, and Twin Cities Business Monthly (2012-2018). Jennifer Yackley
Jen joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2007 and practices exclusively in workers’ compensation, PERA/MSRS disability and personal injury law. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2007, Cum Laude. Among her many accomplishments, while in law school, Jen was an editor and a published author for the Hamline Law Review. She was also awarded CALI awards in Workers’ Compensation Law, Insurance Law, and Property Law. Jen has been recognized as a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 organization. Jen is also honored to serve on the Board of Directors of Heroes Helping Heroes, a 501c3, established to help our state’s active and retired First Responders who are struggling with mental health concerns. Jen’s legal forte is sorting out complex cases - particularly those involving complex coordination of benefits issues, or complicated medical issues. With her in-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation and PERA/MSRS disability law, Jen has been honored to present CLE’s at the Minnesota Association for Justice and at the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Institute. Scott F. Puklich
Scott F. Puklich is a cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law and a founding partner of Meyer, Puklich & Merriam. He is an accomplished and successful trial and appellate attorney who thoroughly enjoys the practice of law. Mr. Puklich specializes in representing the injured in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. Mr. Puklich has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer on multiple occasions. Gary L. Meyer
Gary L. Meyer graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in the upper five percent of his class in 1983. He has been practicing law, focusing on the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury, since October, 1983. Gary is a founding partner of Meyer, Puklich & Merriam. He has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer on multiple occasions. Gary is an experienced trial lawyer, handling cases both at the trial level and in the appellate courts, representing individuals with work, automobile and other serious injuries throughout the United States. His notable cases include Sordahl v. Moore, 389 N.W.2d 748 (1986), which effectively kept palimony out of Minnesota, and Basso v. Transfleet Enterprises, 40 W.C.D. 19 (1987).

Ron Meuser, Jr.
As founder of Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 1990, Ron has built his practice by successfully representing thousands of injured workers throughout Minnesota and focusing exclusively in workers’ compensation, PERA/MSRS disability and personal injury law. A gifted and experienced trial attorney, Ron is one of a handful of attorneys in the state who has successfully argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court and Court of Appeals as well as the Workers Compensation Court of Appeals. Included among his many accomplishments Ron has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer and a member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association as well as the Hennepin County Bar Association. Ron and his wife, Nancee, have been happily married since 1983 and live in Eden Prairie where they raised their two daughters, Lindsey and Ashley. As grandparents, Ron and Nancee love spending time with their granddaughter, Caitlyn, and their grandson Aaron. Ron and Nancee are dedicated to serving their community as a Church Council Member at St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie and being active in a number of police, fire & humanitarian organization. Steven C. Opheim
Steven C. Opheim is an attorney at law since 1985, practicing in the areas of Homeowners Association Law, Business Law, Creditor’s and Debtor’s Rights, Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Law. Mr. Opheim is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA), Ramsey County Bar Association and Bankruptcy Section and Real Property Law Section of the MSBA. Mr. Opheim graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1985 after receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in 1982. Born in Germany Steven moved to the US at an early age and still speaks some German. Outside of work, Mr. Opheim enjoys traveling, having visited several countries in Europe for many years. He is also an avid stamp collector and a member of the University of Minnesota Band Alumni. Steven likes to involve himself in community projects.
