Barry D. Epstein was born in New York, New York, on October 27, 1940. After being admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Federal District Court for the State of New Jersey in October 1965, he has engaged in private practice with an emphasis in the areas of civil litigation. During the past sixty years, he has represented various victims in matters including medical malpractice, products liability, and personal injury claims. He has also handled numerous real estate and business transactions and employment matters as they relate to litigation. Mr. Epstein was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1971 and the United States Tax Court in 1983, the Third Court of Appeals in 2007 and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in 2012. Mr. Epstein received his B.A. from Clark University in 1962, and his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1965. He has lectured on various topics and has been designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 1984. He is a faculty member of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of the State of New Jersey and has participated in numerous ICLE programs. He has obtained a number of awards in excess of $1,000,000 and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
