Cassandra A. Rodríguez

Cassandra A. Rodríguez is the founding partner of Rodriguez & Porter, Ltd. She earned her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Spanish Studies and minoring in Philosophy. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Cassandra is licensed to practice law in Ohio, the federal immigration courts (Executive Office of Immigration Review), and the Southern District Federal Court. Paul J. Minnillo

Paul J. "P.J." Minnillo is a founding shareholder in the law firm of Minnillo Law Group Co., LPA where his practice is concentrated in representing individuals and small businesses in chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. He received his law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1995 and his undergraduate degree in from the University of Cincinnati in 1992. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Clermont County Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Robert F. Healey Jr.

My name is Robert Healey. My journey into the legal field started in law enforcement as a police explorer in high school for a few years. I was trained at Deer Park Police Department and later at Blue Ash Police Department. After graduating high school at St. Xavier in 1992 I went off to get a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University. Ultimately my Juris Doctorate came from The University of Dayton School of Law. My background in law enforcement really helped me understand how police officers think and react to different situations and has been invaluable in cross examining officers on the stand. I graduated at the top of my class for class participation during NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST), completed the NHTSA Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) Course, have participated in the Cincinnati Police Academy mock motion to suppress on an OVI case, taught an OVI refresher course at Butler Tech to police officers, presented at a continuing education seminar for other Ohio lawyers at the Ohio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association Advanced OVI Seminar, spoken on Medical Marijuana Law at the Lawyers Club of Cincinnati, testified as a OVI expert witness in an arbitration case involving a Dayton Police Officer, had judges grant motions to suppress evidence, won multiple jury trials including a not guilty verdict from a jury on a felony fourth degree 6th OVI offense in 20 years, was named a Rising Star from Super Lawyers 2014-2018, named to the Top 40 Under 40 list for National Trial Lawyers, and been awarded the Avvo.com Client’s Choice Award ten years in a row! A substantial part of my practice has involved drunk driving or under the influence cases historically called DUI and now called OVI in Ohio. I have fought OVI cases in the following counties in Ohio: Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, Warren, Champaign, Brown, Highland, Clinton, Greene, Montgomery, Preble, Clark, Darke, Miami, Shelby, Mercer, and Allen. Paul W. Shonk

Paul W. Shonk graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a bachelor's degree in English literature and obtained his law degree, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2003. After passing the Ohio bar, he worked for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn in New York City, providing non-profit immigration legal services and managing the immigration department from 2008. In 2011, he moved to Cincinnati and joined McKinney & Namei, expanding his practice to include family law, probate, personal injury, and criminal defense. He joined Rodriguez & Porter in 2017 and has developed a successful appellate practice, winning reversals at the Ohio Court of Appeals, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. District Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Greg D. Porter

Greg D. Porter was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served a tour of duty in Iraq with the United States Marine Corps Reserves before earning his Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and his Juris Doctor from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio and the U.S. Federal Court, Southern District of Ohio. Greg joined Rodriguez & Associates as an attorney in 2012 and became a named partner of Rodriguez & Porter in 2015. He focuses his practice exclusively on civil cases, including Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court matters such as custody, visitation, and divorce, as well as civil litigation for small businesses and construction issues. He has represented clients before local and state administrative agencies and has achieved success in civil lawsuits through Summary Judgment. Greg is also active in local government, having served on Fairfield's Zoning Board and as a teacher on the Butler County Notary Committee.
