TIMOTHY J. MCNICHOLS

Timothy J. McNichols is a lifelong Ocean County resident dedicated to serving the local community. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University. He then graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2010, where he was a teaching assistant, a Hunter Moot Court quarterfinalist, and a recipient of a top 10 brief award. He also received the William Kulp Jr. Memorial Scholarship, Certificates of Merit in Legal Research and Writing and Moot Court, First Year High Honors, and was named to the Dean’s List. Mr. McNichols has experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, employment law, workers compensation, municipal court, and general litigation matters. He is an avid bagpiper with the Shamrock and Thistle Pipes and Drums of Ocean County.

GEORGE F. MURPHY, JR.

George F. Murphy, Jr. co-founded the firm in 1984. He is a seasoned civil litigator and a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Trial Certifications. His practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, slip and falls, business litigation, and workers compensation. Mr. Murphy has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. He served a Judicial Clerkship for The Honorable John A. Ackerman, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, from 1973-1974. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

JERRY J. DASTI

Jerry J. Dasti was born in Summit, New Jersey and has spent most of his life in Ocean County. He ensures personalized and attentive care for every client. Mr. Dasti has extensive experience representing governmental entities across Ocean, Monmouth, Atlantic, Mercer, and Burlington Counties. He is admitted to practice law before the New Jersey Supreme Court and is recognized as a Diplomat in Municipal Law. His practice areas include civil litigation, land use and zoning, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and probate litigation, business transactions, and corporate law. Mr. Dasti is actively involved in community service, volunteering on various boards and committees for nonprofit, educational, and political organizations. He is Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee of OCC, President of The CSM Robert Gallagher Charitable Foundation, Finance Chairman of the Ocean County Republican Organization, and a Board of Trustee member for Ocean County College. He is also a member of the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys, Chairman of the District IIIA Ethics Committee, former President of the Lacey Township Chamber of Commerce, and a coach for Lacey Township Soccer Club, Little League, and Basketball Association. He is a member of St. Joseph’s Endowment Committee, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Ocean County Bar Association. In 2016, he received the Fred G. Stickel Memorial Award from the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys.

Christopher M. Supsie

Mr. Christopher M. Supsie, Esq. focuses his practice on personal injury law, worker’s compensation law, school law, and real estate. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His prior experience includes work for the Law Offices of A. Joseph Guarino and the United States Department of Environmental Protection, Region III. He has litigated countless matters to a satisfactory conclusion and has extensive trial experience. He is a proud graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1994) and Rutgers University (B.A., with Honors, 1991).

GREGORY P. MCGUCKIN

Gregory P. McGuckin joined the firm in 1988 and became a Partner in 1996. He represents various governmental entities throughout New Jersey. His practice areas include civil litigation, land use and zoning, residential and commercial real estate, and estate planning. He serves as Trustee with the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District IIIA Ethics Committee. Mr. McGuckin is also a State Assemblyman representing New Jersey’s 10th Legislative District. He served a Judicial Clerkship for Judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage from 1987-1988. He is Vice President of The CSM Robert Gallagher Charitable Foundation, a former Toms River Township Councilman and Council President, and a member of the American Bar Association and Ocean County Bar Association.

ELIZABETH MACKOLIN DASTI

Elizabeth Mackolin-Dasti was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. She practiced in Cape May and Atlantic Counties before moving to Ocean County. In 1993, she was appointed by Governor Florio as one of the original members of the School Ethics Commission. She was associated with the firm from 1993-1998 and rejoined as Of Counsel in 2014. Her practice areas include residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate transactions, and wills and estate planning. She served a Judicial Clerkship for Senior Howard F. Reed, Jr. Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, PA. She is Assistant Executive Director of The CSM Robert Gallagher Charitable Foundation and a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Ocean County Bar Association.

CHRISTOPHER J. CONNORS

Christopher J. Connors represents various governmental entities in Ocean County. His practice areas include municipal law, land use and zoning, and estate planning. He has a distinguished career in public service at local and state levels, serving as a State Senator for New Jersey’s 9th Legislative District, which covers parts of Ocean, Atlantic, and Burlington Counties. He previously served in the New Jersey General Assembly for the 9th Legislative District, as Lacey Township Mayor, on the Lacey Township Committee, and as Lacey Township Republican Municipal Chairman.
