Joel H. Brown

Joel H. Brown was elected Chief Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida in 2009, serving until 2013. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1971, he practiced as a civil trial lawyer for 19 years before his judicial appointments. James J. Kelleher

Jim Kelleher was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He received his undergraduate education at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York where he played intercollegiate basketball.
