Domingo Garcia

Kristopher Barber

A native Texan, Mr. Barber grew up in Plano. He received a psychology degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. Among his many law school achievements, Mr. Barber was named the nation’s “Best Oral Advocate” during the American Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition, and he was inducted into SMU’s Order of Barristers upon graduation, an honor bestowed on only the top 10 law school student advocates. Andrew Strong

Mr. Strong was born and raised a Texan. Before law school, Mr. Strong attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and graduated Magna Cum Laude. As a part of his education at St. Edward’s University, Mr. Strong worked with nonprofit organizations to promote criminal justice reform, with an emphasis on advocating against the privatization of jails, prisons, and immigrant detention facilities. Based on that experience, he decided to direct his future endeavors towards law school. Mr. Strong earned his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a two-time recipient of the Kenneth H. Burns Distinguished Service Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Strong served as the Director of Communications for the Texas Tech Board of Barristers, a student-led, invitation-only organization devoted to developing litigation and advocacy skills in law students. In his last year in law school, Mr. Strong was selected for the Board of Barristers Outstanding Member Award, a distinction awarded by a polling of his peers. Having successfully resolved thousands of cases during his 12-year tenure at The Barber Law Firm, Mr. Strong is dedicated to the practice of law in an ethical and zealous manner for all of his clients. Mr. Strong is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He also periodically serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem to represent injured children in Dallas County. Clifford Ashcroft-Smith

Clifford Ashcroft-Smith is a Trial Lawyer in Dallas with more than fifteen years of experience in major litigation across the United States. Paula M. Rosales

The Honorable Paula M. Rosales rejoined the Law Office of Domingo Garcia in February 2023 as the Litigation Attorney Manager for the Dallas Office. She previously served as presiding judge of the Dallas County Court at Law No. 4 and as a City of Dallas Municipal Court Judge. She has experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and advocating for victims as a Dallas County Assistant District Attorney.
