Monier Abusaft

Monier "Mo" Abusaft is a graduate of Wofford College and Vanderbilt University Law School. He served as a law clerk for State Circuit Court Judge J. Mark Hayes and South Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Costa Pleicones before becoming a Public Defender. In May 2020, he founded the Law Office of Mo Abusaft, specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, and civil rights. He is actively involved in various community organizations and serves on the American Association for Justice Board of Governors and the South Carolina Association for Justice’s Board of Governors.

Anna-Karina Parker

Mrs. Parker continues advocating for children, families, and the disabled or injured through her practice in Child Custody and Divorce in Family Court. She also represents claimants for Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, or Personal Injury and those who find themselves out of luck in the Criminal Court System.

Syretta R. Anderson

Attorney Syretta R. Anderson is the founder of Anderson Law Firm, providing legal services in North and South Carolina since 2015. She specializes in family law matters including child custody, child support, adoption, visitation, divorce, alimony, post-separation support, and division of assets. Licensed in North Carolina since 2010 and South Carolina since 2007, she has over a decade of experience and offers compassionate, strategic, and results-oriented representation. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Christopher Bain

Mr. Bain began his legal career with the Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office in 2014, working on criminal cases throughout Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Blacksburg. In addition to his position as an Assistant Solicitor, the City of Gaffney recruited him as a prosecutor specializing in DUI cases. He has tried many cases before a jury and moved over 1,000 cases.
