Jennifer M. Mendelsohn

Tamer (“Tom”) M. Abdou
Tamer (“Tom”) M. Abdou is the founding and Managing Member of Abdou Law Offices, LLC. Mr. Abdou has vast experience with respect to both litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Abdou also frequently engages in consulting his clients on risk management and employment matters. Mr. Abdou has extended his transactional practice to include representing clients with respect to the sale and purchase of various types of business entities. Finally, Mr. Abdou has established a robust commercial and residential real estate practice that allows him to diligently represent clients in various matters ranging from the simple condominium to a high value, diverse commercial property. Mr. Abdou believes in personally being engaged in real estate practice, and making sure that the firm’s clients and their realtors are fully aware of what is happening with respect to the transaction. He fully understand that real estate practice is best when it is carefully orchestrated, and when the clients’ interest is paramount for a smooth transaction with all expectations met.

Frederick E. Gerson
Frederick E. Gerson is a member of the New Jersey Bar. He received his B.A. from Tulane University in 1983 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986. His practice consists of a wide variety of litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury, employment law and administrative actions, including matters relating to the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. He has several reported cases and extensive experience handling appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit. He is a courtroom lawyer, comfortable arguing cases in front of a judge and jury, bringing passion to each case and distilling complex facts and legal issues into a coherent story for clients.

Jeffrey R. Youngman
Jeffrey R. Youngman, Esq. is a member of the New Jersey Bar. He received his B.A. from Tulane University in 1983 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Frederic Weber, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He lectures to the New Jersey Bar on an annual basis concerning issues related to harassment, intimidation and bullying. He has spent his entire career litigating a broad array of claims for people who have suffered injury or injustice, including product liability actions, toxic tort matters, medical malpractice claims, bullying claims, wrongful death actions, personal injury matters, automobile negligence cases, worker’s compensation claims, employment, banking and commercial matters. David J. Finkler
