Kim Jones Penepacker

After graduating from Baylor Law School, Kim began practicing personal injury law. She assisted in securing a settlement that was named by Texas Lawyer as the second-highest settlement in Texas for 2017. Since then, she has continued to fight for her clients’ best interests. She believes in holding defendants accountable for their actions to get the best compensation possible for her clients and to prevent future injuries to others. She and her husband, Carson, met while volunteering at an animal shelter and have two dogs together. Kristopher Barber

A native Texan, Mr. Barber grew up in Plano. He received a psychology degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. Among his many law school achievements, Mr. Barber was named the nation’s “Best Oral Advocate” during the American Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition, and he was inducted into SMU’s Order of Barristers upon graduation, an honor bestowed on only the top 10 law school student advocates. After law school, Mr. Barber initially began his legal career at a large insurance defense firm. During his time there, he was trained the ways in which claims are defended by insurance companies and the circumstances under which they pay to settle. He then put that valuable knowledge to work during his time as plaintiff’s attorney for Windle Turley. Andrew Strong

Mr. Strong was born and raised a Texan. Before law school, Mr. Strong attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and graduated Magna Cum Laude. As a part of his education at St. Edward’s University, Mr. Strong worked with nonprofit organizations to promote criminal justice reform, with an emphasis on advocating against the privatization of jails, prisons, and immigrant detention facilities. Based on that experience, he decided to direct his future endeavors towards law school. Mr. Strong earned his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a two-time recipient of the Kenneth H. Burns Distinguished Service Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Strong served as the Director of Communications for the Texas Tech Board of Barristers, a student-led, invitation-only organization devoted to developing litigation and advocacy skills in law students. In his last year in law school, Mr. Strong was selected for the Board of Barristers Outstanding Member Award, a distinction awarded by a polling of his peers. Having successfully resolved thousands of cases during his 12-year tenure at The Barber Law Firm, Mr. Strong is dedicated to the practice of law in an ethical and zealous manner for all of his clients.
