Valerie K. Williams is a Managing Partner at Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, specializing in personal injury litigation. R. Stephen McGinnis

Stephen McGinnis graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 1991 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Government and History. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1994. After receiving his education, Stephen moved back to Greenup and began practicing. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Eastern Federal District of Kentucky, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, all courts in the state of West Virginia and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is the President of the Greenup/Lewis County Bar Association and a member of the Boyd County Bar Association. Stephen donates significant time to his community. He is former Chairman of the Board of Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital Foundation. Stephen is now a Board member of Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Stephen is honored to serve the Kentucky Bar Association as a member of the Bar Association Ethics Committee and as his regions Ethics “Hotline” representative. Stephen donates his legal services each year to Veterans and other needful individuals through a Pro Bono Program. He is a former Board member of Legal Aid of the Bluegrass. Matthew J. Warnock

Matthew J. Warnock was born and raised in Russell, KY. After graduating from Russell High School in 1994, Matthew attended the University of Kentucky and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in History. Matthew then attended the University of Dayton School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2001. After passing the Kentucky Bar Exam, Matthew took a position at the Jefferson County Public Defender’s Office in Louisville, KY. After defending indigent criminal clients for several years, Matthew returned home to practice at Warnock & Warnock in 2004. After beginning as an associate at Warnock & Warnock, Matthew has taken a plethora of cases from real estate law to criminal defense to personal injury. In 2012, Matthew took a position as an Assistant Greenup County Attorney and currently serves the county in that capacity.

Bruce MacDonald

Bruce MacDonald attended Portsmouth, Ohio, city schools (1977) and Morehead State University (1981), and University of Toledo, College of Law (1986). He is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio and practices law in both states. Bruce practices in a variety of areas, but for the past 20 years, the majority of his law practice has been focused upon personal injury law and Social Security Disability. With regard to his personal life, Bruce has been married to his wife Brenda for 30 years and they have a daughter and son. Bruce enjoys spending spare time with his family. Philip Bruce Leslie

Phillip "Bruce" Leslie was born June 24, 1947. Bruce is a 1965 graduate of Paul Blazer High School, in Ashland, Kentucky. Bruce is married to Leannah Leslie and they have two children, Allison Allred & Brett Leslie. After graduation, Bruce pursued his college education at the University of Kentucky, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Education. In 1969, Bruce was admitted to the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1970, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1973. Shortly thereafter, Bruce, along with John R. McGinnis, became a partner in what would become one of the State’s most prominent law firms. Bruce currently is a Senior Partner. Throughout his years of practicing law, Bruce has had the opportunity to serve his community.
