Bobby Warner founded Warner Law Offices, PLLC in 2000. Since then, he has earned widespread recognition as one of the top trial lawyers in West Virginia and the United States. Aside from the practice of law, Bobby is an avid outdoorsman. Chad Hemmat

Chad Hemmat is a co-founding principal partner of Anderson Hemmat, directing all civil litigation operations. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He has extensive trial experience in car accidents, commercial truck accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and product liability cases. He has been involved in high-profile cases, including changing Colorado law regarding wrongful death actions for premature children and class action lawsuits against major corporations.

Ross Ziev

Babar Waheed

Babar Waheed won his first district court jury trial in his first week as a lawyer after being sworn in by the Colorado Supreme Court. Alan C. Shafner

Alan C. Shafner was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado with Distinction in 1975, and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, Houston in 1978. After graduating from law school, Alan was a trial attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in Golden, Colorado from 1979 through June 1983. During this time, Alan was the lead prosecutor on several high profile felony cases, including murder and sexual assault cases. In 1983, Alan joined the law firm of Fogel, Keating and Wagner as an associate, and later became a named partner. After 28 successful years, Alan opened his own personal injury law firm. In 2011, The Law Offices of Alan C. Shafner was formed, serving a variety of personal injury litigation cases. Alan has handled and tried a wide range of personal injury cases, including: Car accidents, Premises liability accidents, Wrongful death cases, Nursing home abuse and neglect cases, Catastrophic trucking accidents.
