Matthew F. Dolan

Matthew F. Dolan is a co-founder of Dolan Injury Lawyers, as well as Dolan Injury Lawyers’ partner firm, Dolan Divorce Lawyers. Attorney Dolan is a lifelong resident of Connecticut. Attorney Dolan handles the firm’s Family Law matters, with a particular focus on high asset divorce cases. Attorney Dolan has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for the State of Connecticut, he has been selected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Family Law from 2015 through 2023, and he received the 2017 Connecticut Law Tribune New Leader in the Law Award.

Carl M. Porto

Carl M. Porto earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1967 and returned to the New Haven area to practice with the firm, focusing mainly on civil and criminal litigation. He was the firm’s managing partner for over 50 years. He now focuses his practice in healthcare, business transactions, zoning and land use, and limited litigation and personal injury law. He has been recognized by the New Haven County Bar Association as one of the Legends of the Bar (2021).

Nicole C. Bikakis

Nicole C. Bikakis is the managing partner of Dolan Injury Lawyers, as well as Dolan Injury Lawyers’ partner firm, Dolan Divorce Lawyers. In that role, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and implements strategic firm initiatives. In addition to serving as managing partner, Attorney Bikakis represents clients in Family Law matters, with a focus on mediation, collaborative divorce, and prenuptial agreements. She has been selected to the New England Super Lawyers Rising Star list every year since 2016.

Joseph M. Porto

Joseph M. Porto is a New Haven native and a principal in the firm, dedicated to representing the injured. His trial-based practice includes State and Federal Court, with 27 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and other negligence cases. He earned his B.A. from Trinity College in 1993 and J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1996, and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1996.

Louis M. Federici earned his Bachelor of Science at Drexel University and his J.D. from Villanova University Law School in 1987. He was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1987 and joined Parrett Porto in 1988, where he is a principal. His practice focuses on litigation, personal injury, labor and employment law, business law, worker’s compensation, and unemployment compensation.
