Gregory M. Funfsinn

Joshua Daniel Hicks
Josh Hicks served in the United States Marine Corps, then as a police officer, before becoming an attorney. Randolph Tucker Richardson, III is a founding member and managing partner of Baldani Law Group, specializing in state and federal criminal defense, including capital murder and DUI defense. He earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1988. Admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 1988, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Supreme Court (1994). Tucker was elected to the American Board of Criminal Lawyers in 2015 and received the AV Preeminent® Award from Martindale-Hubbell in 2012. He is a past president of the Kentucky Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (KACDL), selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and rated 10.0 Superb by AVVO. He lectures on criminal law, especially DUI defense and drug detection. He is an executive board member of the Children’s Charity Fund of the Bluegrass and volunteers in the nursery program at Crossroads Christian Church.

Mike Rowland
Mike Rowland, born in 1968, moved to Lexington in 1986 to attend the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Marketing Degree and completed Law School. He has practiced at Baldani Law Group since 1999, focusing on criminal defense, divorce, child custody and support, guardianship, and personal injury cases. Mike has successfully tried cases in District, Circuit, and Federal courts throughout Kentucky and has written successful appeals. He has served on the Fayette County Bar Association Board of Directors, as a Member of the Family Law Section, and as Chair of the Criminal Justice Section. He received the 'Nick of Time' Award for handling a difficult child abuse case. Mike volunteers as a coach for the YMCA, serves on the Beta Theta Pi Alumni Housing Board, and volunteers for local charities, including making presentations to high school classes with the CARE Program.
Daniel Hurst
Daniel Hurst is a Founding Partner of Hurst & Hurst Law. He specializes in personal injury litigation (car accidents, motorcycle accidents, big truck accidents, slips and falls, dog bites) and criminal defense cases. Daniel served four years in the Marines as a Military Police Officer, including a deployment to Iraq in 2006. He received an Honorable Discharge in 2008, then completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2010 and a Law Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013. Licensed in Kentucky in 2013, Daniel has been practicing in Danville and the surrounding communities since.

Langdon Ryan Worley
Langdon Ryan Worley grew up in Kentucky, learning the value of hard work from her parents. She excelled in mock trial competitions in law school and has since represented individuals and corporations in a wide variety of lawsuits across Kentucky. She is actively involved in community leadership and non-profit organizations.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013. Licensed in Kentucky in 2013, she previously worked with the United States Attorney’s Office and clerked for the Kentucky Supreme Court. Rebecca is committed to continuing legal education and was recognized by the Kentucky Bar Association in 2015 and 2016 for her efforts. She is an active member of the Humane Society and grew up on a farm in Berea, Kentucky.
