Khristopher Ryan Salado is a Cuban-American attorney with close ties to the South Florida community. Born and raised in Miami, FL, he prides himself on being a "local product." After being born in Cuba and arriving to Miami at a young age, Robert C. Once Mr. Dominguez graduated Suma Cum Laude of Barbra Goleman Senior High in Miami, Mr. Dominguez decided to reject multiple out-of-state offers of top tier undergraduate universities in order to maintain a close connection to the dynamic community in which he had established in South Florida. With having graduated Suma Cum Laude at Florida International University with his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Minor in Cuban Politics at FIU Honors College, Mr. Dominguez decided to accept the invitation to attend Florida International University College of Law to complete his journey to enter into the legal profession for his Juris doctorate and licensure with The Florida Bar. Mr. Dominguez has always maintained a close relationship with South Florida due to his multiple business ventures, philanthropy, and continued integration of establishing a relationship with the local government town officials. Aside from being a Real Estate Broker with hundreds of real estate agents who worked for his company, Mr. Dominguez experience as a business owner gave him the understanding and capacity needed to open a law firm as soon as he passed the Florida Bar. Mario Solares, Esq.

Mario Solares is a dedicated personal injury litigation attorney at The Founders Law, where he advocates for individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. Mario began his legal career on the insurance defense side, representing major rideshare companies, national commercial automobile insurers, and homeowners insurance carriers. He now uses this insight to strategically and aggressively represent the injured. Joseph Suarez, Esq.

As the Managing Partner of Founders Law in Georgia, I bring over five years of dedicated legal practice to our firm. Over the years, I've grown into a leadership role, overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional client service. I am licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida, having successfully passed two bar exams within one year. I am also scheduled to take the California Bar in July 2024. In addition to personal injury law, I am a licensed real estate broker and mortgage loan originator in Florida. Ryan Robertson, Esq.

Born and raised in Orange, Texas, Ryan Robertson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Classics/Greek from Texas A&M University in College Station. His dedication to education led him to earn dual Master's degrees: one in Sports Management from Columbia University in the City of New York and another in Global Sports Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía based in Madrid, Spain. Ryan embarked on his legal journey by completing his first year at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Federal Civil Procedure, Legal Research, and Legal Writing & Analysis I & II. He then transferred to the University of Houston Law Center, where he honed his skills in Moot Court. Throughout his professional career, Ryan has distinguished himself in both commercial and non-commercial motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and products liability cases. He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas. Ryan’s unique background brings a wealth of knowledge, legal expertise, and a commitment to achieving justice for his clients.

Crystal Baranco Garcia, Esq.

Mrs. Baranco was born in Cuba and came to the United States at the age of 14. Arriving at this country without speaking English Crystal made it her mission to achieve her dreams. She started learning English in 9th grade at Westland High School, and by her junior year she was earning Cambridge ACE certifications and taking honors classes. She graduated with highest honors from Miami-Dade college with an Associate’s degree in Psychology. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science as well as a minor in International Relations at Florida International University where she graduated cum laude. She also recently graduated cum laude from Benjamin L. Crumb College of Law with her juris doctor degree. Crystal worked for many years in the insurance field and now uses that knowledge in the personal injury field. She enjoys philanthropic work such as serving in her local church, fundraising for kids in Cuba and fundraising for assistance after natural disasters. She continues visiting Cuba and helping people in need. She has a passion for teaching others what she has learned and teaching others that their dreams can always become a reality.
