She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 1995, and to the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of Illinois (1998) and Northern Illinois (2004). Robert W. Maucker

Robert W. Maucker is of counsel to the firm, bringing 30 years of experience in the Construction and Architectural Woodworking industries. He graduated from Macalester College with a degree in International Relations and DePaul University College of Law in 1997. He was licensed in 1998 and has practiced litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, federal civil rights, probate, and wills and trusts.

Thomas W. Lynch

Thomas W. Lynch is the firm's founding partner. He has a background as an agent for the Internal Revenue Service (seven years) and an Assistant Illinois Attorney General (five years). He graduated from DePaul University in 1977 and John Marshall Law School in 1986, passing the Illinois Bar the same year. He also passed the Illinois Certified Public Accountants examination. Since 1992, he has concentrated his practice in Bankruptcy, Federal and State Tax Problems, Real Estate, and Business Issues.

Brian Snyder

Brian G. Snyder has 26 years of experience practicing law in estate planning, real estate, bankruptcy, collections, and litigation. He graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1993. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar, the Federal Bar of the Northern District of Illinois, and the Federal Bar of Indiana. He has represented over 1000 debtors in bankruptcy proceedings and handled a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including real estate transactions and foreclosure defense.

Martin Doorhy

Martin Doorhy is a member of the firm, concentrating his practice in Criminal Law and Traffic Law, including DUIs, Secretary of State Hearings, and various felony and misdemeanor cases. He graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor's degree and an M.A. with distinction. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and served as an officer in the United States Air Force JAG Department, prosecuting over forty courts-martial. He also taught Constitutional Law at DePaul University as an adjunct professor.
