Richard M. Lewis

Richard M. Lewis is a litigator with over 40 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, probate, estate planning, and family law. He is board certified in civil trial advocacy and has received recognition from Ohio Super Lawyers and Martindale-Hubbell. He is actively involved with the Ohio Association for Justice and the Ohio State Bar Association.

After an already distinguished career in the Worker’s Compensation area of law, Fred decided to merge his law practice with Agee Clymer, bringing over 40 years of knowledge and experience to the firm. He is an Ohio State Bar Association Specialist in Workers’ Compensation. Fred is a native of Columbus, earning both his undergraduate and law degrees from The Ohio State University, graduating cum laude from law school. In addition to his work representing clients in their Workers’ Compensation claims, Fred’s practice emphasizes Personal Injury matters.

With over 20 years of distinguished legal experience, Tom Somos joins Agee Clymer following the successful merger of his practice, Somos Law Firm, earlier this year. Tom is dedicated to advocating for personal injury victims and providing comprehensive legal services to businesses facing litigation, employment, and real estate challenges. Tom is renowned for his commitment to client communication, ensuring that each client is fully informed and supported throughout their case. This dedication to transparency and client care is a cornerstone of his practice. Tom’s exceptional legal prowess has earned him significant accolades. He has been named a “Rising Star” in Ohio by national legal publications and recognized as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2019, he was honored for his excellence in personal injury law by Lawyers of Distinction. Throughout his career, Tom has successfully tried numerous cases across Ohio and is admitted to practice in all Ohio State Courts as well as the Southern District of Ohio. His extensive courtroom experience and unwavering commitment to justice make him a formidable advocate for his clients at Agee Clymer.

Greg is a partner with Agee Clymer working in the Columbus office. Greg balances his practice between Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is a frequent speaker on various topics related to Workers’ Compensation, particularly the interaction with Social Security Disability claims. Greg is a native of Toledo, OH and graduated from St. Francis DeSales High School in 1987. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Toledo in 1990. He was honored to be chosen as the Outstanding Graduate in the College of Business that year. Law school was completed in 1993, also at the University of Toledo, and Greg graduated with Honors. Greg is a member of various professional organizations, and Past President of the Central Ohio Association of Justice (COAJ). Away from the office, Greg devotes his time to his family and friends. He is an avid sports fan - especially the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Guardians, Dallas Cowboys and Columbus Blue Jackets. He enjoys playing basketball, golf (badly) running, and working out.

Associate Morgan Martin focuses her practice on matters involving personal injury, litigation, and workers’ compensation claims. Her background in property and casualty insurance provides a valuable and unique perspective in her representation of personal injury matters. Morgan received her B.A. from Arkansas State University and her J.D. from Capital University Law School. While at Capital, she served as the President for the First-Generation Law Student Society as well as the Vice President of the Animal Law Society. Additionally, Morgan was recognized as a Pro Bono Legal Honors participant, providing 50+ hours of law-related services to those in need during her time in law school. Morgan gained her Ohio Bar admission in 2022 and has admission before the United State District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She has experience representing clients across the state of Ohio in both state and federal courts.

Russ is a partner with Agee Clymer who concentrates his practice in Workers’ Compensation and Litigation as well as Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS), and State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS) disability benefits. He is the coordinator of the Jackson branch office of Agee Clymer and holds hours at that office on a weekly basis. Russ is a native of Urbana, OH and he graduated from Urbana High School in 1984. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1988. Law school was completed in 1991 at Ohio Northern University. Russ enjoys all things outdoors and loves spending time at his log cabin in southern Ohio. Additionally, Russ is married to his high school sweet heart. He and Monica have been blessed with five children, of which two are adopted.

Kelly is a partner with Agee Clymer in our Columbus office. Kelly focuses her practice in the following areas: Social Security Disability, Ohio Public Employees Retirement System disability (OPERS), School Employees Retirement System of Ohio Disability (SERS), State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio disability (STRS), Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund disability (OP&F), Long and Short-term Disability policy appeals. Kelly is an Erie, Pennsylvania native with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Allegheny College. She also has Master of Social Work (MSSA) and Juris Doctor (JD) degrees from Case Western Reserve University. Kelly graduated from law school at Case in 2008. Kelly is a graduate of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy. She is also a former member of the Board of Directors for Mid-Ohio Psychological Services (MOPS). Away from the office, enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
