John Osborne

William Bacon

She is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, the United States District Court in Arizona and California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She oversees firm policies and procedures, conducts in-house seminars, and focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases, achieving settlements and jury verdicts over $1 Million. She has argued successfully in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and spoken on lien issues for the Pima County Bar and Arizona Trial Lawyers. She previously chaired and continues to serve on the State Bar Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialization Advisory Commission. She is involved with numerous local charities, including the Tucson Zoological Society and Ben’s Bells, and was named Volunteer Philanthropist of Southern Arizona in 2019.

Marc Kamin
Marc Kamin became a Partner at Goldberg & Osborne in 2021, having joined the firm in 1998. He initially worked in the Litigation Department and later became Managing Attorney for the Metro Center and Glendale offices, and currently manages Northern Arizona offices in Prescott and Flagstaff. Before 1998, he practiced Criminal Law for three years, gaining significant trial experience.
