Harry A. Dorian, Jr.

Harry A. Dorian, Jr. was an award-winning attorney who practiced law from 1978 until his passing in 2021. Andrew D. Swain

Andrew D. Swain is a litigator of civil matters for plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect, Products Liability, Consumer Fraud, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Mass Tort, and Class Actions. He is dedicated to educating the public on the legal system, having served on the executive Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Jeffery S. Orchinik

Jeffery S. Orchinik practiced law since 1977, focusing on representing clients injured in motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction site, and related accidents, as well as civil rights cases. He successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal courts and argued appeals before various courts. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from State University of New York at Buffalo (1974) and Temple University School of Law (1977). He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar (1977) and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1977), and U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit (1978).

Jerry Friedman

Jerry Friedman, Esq. is a 1975 graduate of Rutgers Law School and a lifelong resident of New Jersey. He has been representing injured motorcyclists for over 40 years and is a motorcycle rider himself. He takes an aggressive but personalized approach to personal injury claims and has lectured on motorcycle law for the New Jersey Bar Association CLE Program and the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association.

Nicholas G. Radano has been an established attorney since 1977 when he realized there was a need to better service those who are disadvantaged, after personally witnessing victims suffer the consequences of an accident. Vincent F. Presto

Vincent F. Presto is an attorney specializing in employment discrimination, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He graduated from Hofstra University (1987) and Temple University School of Law (1990). He served as an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor and has handled numerous cases to verdict in Federal and state courts, including product liability, car accidents, premises defect, medical malpractice, construction injury, and breach of contract disputes.
