Loyd Bourgeois

Loyd Bourgeois is an accident and personal injury lawyer, an author, and the founder of Louisiana law firm, Loyd J Bourgeois Injury & Accident Lawyer. He has an engineering degree from LSU and graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School. His journey to law was sparked by a personal battle against an insurance company that denied benefits to a relative. This experience led him to commit to helping people injured in accidents stand up to insurance companies and government systems. He opened his firm in September 2010, focusing on personal injury law. Loyd is also involved in community work, coaching sports, and serving on the Board of Directors for the United Way of St. Charles, St. Charles Parish Rotary Club, and Show of Love Gala, Split Second Foundation. He is a native Louisianian and a passionate fan of LSU, Saints, and Pelicans.

Joseph “Jerry” Lassalle

He has been recognized as a Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 to 2025. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts since 2015 and U.S. District Courts for Eastern, Middle & Western Districts of Louisiana. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Mallory, two sons J.J. and Julian, and two dogs Huey and Molly, and engaging in sports, festivals, and travel.

Lindy Bourgeois

Lindy Bourgeois is the Office Operations and Community Outreach coordinator for Loyd J Bourgeois Injury & Accident Lawyer. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from LSU. Initially, she helped the firm with website and digital media tasks, leveraging her software development expertise to implement automation systems that streamlined operations, reduced paperwork, and lowered costs. Her role expanded to coordinating the firm’s community outreach efforts, acting as a liaison between the firm and various community groups, including local schools and sports teams. She is deeply connected to the community through her three children in St. Charles Parish Public Schools.

Marie Joy Siwangan

Marie Joy Siwangan is a Medical Resource Specialist dedicated to obtaining and organizing medical records for personal injury and disability claims. She has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Resort, and Restaurant Management and extensive experience in customer service. Her role involves creating and sending medical record requests, following up with facilities, and processing returned records to support clients' cases. Marie values her family, including her mother Emilia, husband Vincent, and three children, and enjoys eating out, traveling, and baking in her free time. She finds gratification in her work at LJB Legal, contributing to the team's ability to aid clients.

Neil Mauricio

Neil Mauricio is a Personal Injury Case Manager dedicated to guiding clients through legal challenges. He has significant experience managing personal injury cases, particularly those involving motor vehicle accidents, handling tasks from intake to settlement, including drafting Letters of Representation, legal research, and coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
